Acceptance
By creating a Zentrik account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Zentrik on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The service
Zentrik provides WhatsApp automation tools built on the official WhatsApp Business API. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zentriklabs.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Conversation fees from Meta are passed through at cost and are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zentrik to send spam, conduct phishing, harass individuals, or violate any law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Limitation of liability
Zentrik is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
