What we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business name), information generated through use of the platform (conversation metadata, usage statistics), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers).

We do not store the content of your customers' WhatsApp messages beyond what is required to deliver automated responses. Message content is processed in-memory and not retained after delivery.

How we use it

We use your data to operate and improve the platform, provide customer support, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data sharing

We share data with Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages, and with payment processors to handle billing. All sub-processors are contractually bound to protect your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@zentriklabs.tech. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
